I had something else planned for this week – but I just can’t.

I am still in shock.

Just as so many of you thought, I believed there was no way. I thought there was no way his message could prevail. No way he could win.

This morning as the reality of the situation sets in, the majority of what I feel is heartbreak. I don’t need to get into the million reasons why I’m heartbroken as all of you are probably feeling the same pain for many different reasons.

MINDSET.

What I can say is that I have a little voice that’s speaking to me. It’s reassuring me that there is a bigger plan. It’s telling that good WILL come of this.

I have no idea how – but I have no choice but to hold that faith.

This isn’t a time to attack. This isn’t a time to rage. This is a time to call on our highest-self.

It’s our time to show up with grace and class.

This is our calling to to rise up. Speak out. Speak louder.

It’s never been more important to shine brighter. Be kinder and choose love.

ONWARD.

I am choosing to not sit here hopeless and disappointed. I am choosing to do what I can with the resources I have. I am choosing to believe that in my small way I will help move the needle.

Massive change happens with many many small steps. Today, let’s take another small step.
